The website presents artist projects, planned releases, images and stories. It is currently free to use. No paid orders, subscriptions or club memberships are concluded through this website. Visiting the website does not create a paid contract.

2. Content and planned releases

Songs and projects marked as planned or in preparation are announcements. They do not promise a particular release date or a future paid offering.

We maintain the information with care. Please report errors or technical problems to official@jamosira.pl. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

3. Use of content

Rights to music, texts, images and other content are governed by applicable law and relevant licences. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected. Publication, adaptation or commercial use beyond those permissions requires the necessary permission from the relevant rights holder.

Visiting the website does not transfer additional commercial music, image or trademark rights. You may email us about collaboration or licensing.

4. Technical use and contact

Use the website lawfully. In particular, do not attack its technical security or submit unlawful content in enquiries. Conduct permitted by law remains unaffected.

The contact form only prepares an email draft and does not send it. JAMOSIRA receives the message only when you send it yourself. A draft or general enquiry is not a paid order.

5. External services and future contracts

Following an external link takes you outside JAMOSIRA's website. The external operator's terms and privacy information apply there. Linking does not expand rights to that operator's content.

If JAMOSIRA later offers paid services, you will receive the applicable service, pricing, contractual and withdrawal information before ordering. Drafts for those services create no payment obligation today and are not agreed merely by visiting this website.

These terms do not provide a blanket exclusion of statutory liability, warranty rights or mandatory consumer rights.
