Privacy notice
1. Controller and contact
The controller is JAMOSIRA sp. z o.o., ul. Żurawia 6/12/745, 00-503 Warszawa, Poland. You can contact us at official@jamosira.pl.
This notice applies to the public website jamosira.pl, including its German, English and Polish versions.
2. Scope of the current website
The website provides information about JAMOSIRA and its artist projects. There is currently no active shop, customer account, paid club or newsletter. The website does not process payments.
The contact form only prepares a message that you can open in your own email application or copy. It does not send the message to our server or store entries in a website contact database. The language selector opens the corresponding language version; it does not save your language preference in a cookie or browser storage.
3. Website access and hosting
To request a page, your browser transmits technical connection data to the web server. These may include an IP address, time of access, requested address or file, response status, browser and operating system information, and a referring page where your browser provides it.
We process personal data as necessary to deliver the website, resolve faults and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a functioning and secure website. The website cannot be delivered without the necessary connection data.
Our contractual provider for webspace and business email mailboxes is united-domains GmbH, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. Its product information identifies IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, as the webspace operator, with servers in Germany.
IONOS describes anonymisation of hosting visitor data directly upon collection and retention for eight weeks. The listed data are the referrer, requested page or file, browser, operating system, device type, access time and anonymised IP address. The provider also describes WebAnalytics for statistical evaluation and technical optimisation, without cookies and using anonymised IP addresses. JAMOSIRA has not installed an additional analytics pixel.
The eight-week period concerns the anonymised visitor data described by the provider. Delivery, troubleshooting and defence against specific security incidents determine the need for processing identifiable connection data. We do not arrange permanent storage of full IP addresses to track individual visitors. Where a security incident requires further retention, its investigation and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims determine the necessary period, subject to legal obligations.
The provider's supplied security annex describes partial pseudonymisation of logs by truncating IP addresses or deletion after seven days. It does not assign this statement to every individual logging system; we therefore do not describe seven days as a universal retention period for all hosting data.

4. Contact by email
We receive your details only when you send the prepared message through your email application or otherwise email us. These may include your name, sender address, message and attachments. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry.
We use these details to handle and answer the enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to enquiries relating to a contract; for other enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies, based on our interest in appropriate business communication.
Providing data for general enquiries is voluntary. We need an address at which to reply and sufficient information about the enquiry to provide an answer.
After a general enquiry is concluded, we delete the correspondence when further questions are no longer reasonably expected and no evidentiary or retention grounds remain. We retain contractual and tax-related messages only for the applicable evidentiary and statutory retention periods.
5. Cookies, browser storage and analytics
The JAMOSIRA website code does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, visitor profiling or personalised advertising. It does not store its own user data in Local Storage or Session Storage. Images, scripts and stylesheets are served with the website; no external font provider is embedded.
United Domains refers to technically necessary hosting cookies for technical delivery and security. JAMOSIRA does not use optional cookies for advertising or audience measurement. The provider's WebAnalytics processing is described in section 3 and, according to its information, does not use cookies.
We will activate non-essential storage or access only after prior voluntary consent. The current website contains no such optional service. Your browser settings allow you to delete or restrict cookies; this may affect necessary technical functions.
6. External links and media
Social media and streaming references are external links. Merely displaying a link does not embed that provider's player. Following a link takes you to an external provider, which processes data under its own privacy information.
No external players are activated for songs currently marked as unreleased. Before embedding Spotify or YouTube players, we will add the necessary information about providers, access to devices and possible international transfers, and obtain the required consent.

7. Recipients, service providers and international processing
Recipients involved in the processing described above include the named hosting and email providers. Technical or legal advisers bound by confidentiality and competent authorities may receive data where necessary and legally justified.
The webspace product description specifies hosting in Germany. IONOS states that the visitor-data processing it describes for Webhosting does not involve a transfer to third countries. JAMOSIRA has not added services to this information website that send visitor data to recipients outside the European Economic Area. If you open an external link or use your own email service, that provider's rules apply.
A server location in Germany is not a general guarantee that every operation of every service provider takes place exclusively in Germany. Before introducing additional services, we examine recipients, roles and any applicable conditions under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR and update this notice.
United Domains lists NorthC Deutschland GmbH for data-centre services, IONOS SE for webspace, Open-Xchange GmbH for certain email services and Akamai Technologies GmbH for possible redirection during DDoS attacks in its supplied contractual annexes. Use depends on the product and technical operating circumstances. The security annex provides for processing on behalf of the customer exclusively within the European Union.
8. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access and a copy of your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Where the conditions apply, you also have the right to data portability.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time. You may withdraw consent for the future without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Contact official@jamosira.pl to exercise your rights. We generally answer data-subject requests within one month; any legally permitted extension will be explained.
You may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, particularly the President of the Polish Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, Poland: https://www.uodo.gov.pl/120. You may also complain to another authority competent under the GDPR.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not create corresponding user profiles.
9. Changes
We update this notice before starting new processing activities. In particular, a shop, memberships, newsletters and payment providers will be introduced only with the required information and functions.
